This t-shirt design competition is promoted by Sea Shepherd Store BV, company number 64815633, with our registered office at Amersfoortsestraatweg 117, 1251 AV Laren, the Netherlands (Sea Shepherd Store, we, us, our\u2019). This t-shirt design competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/li>

  2. Entry into the t-shirt design competition will constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions (\u201cTerms and Conditions\u201d).\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/li>

  3. Entry to the t-shirt design competition is free; no purchase necessary.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/li>

  4. T-shirt design competition is open to anyone, world wide. Employees of Sea Shepherd or any of its subsidiary or affiliated companies and anyone otherwise connected with operation or fulfillment of the t-shirt design competition are not eligible to take part.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/li>

  5. To enter, you must submit a t-shirt design to us using the <\/span>submission form<\/u><\/span><\/a>, and follow the instructions. No other method of entry will be accepted.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/li>

  6. You may only make a maximum of one entry per person.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/li>

  7. The winners will be chosen by Sea Shepherd Store BV and Teemill staff. The winners will be notified by email. If a winner refuses, or is non contactable after 48 hours, Sea Shepherd reserves the right to award the prize to another participant.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/li>

  8. The prize is as stated and is non-exchangeable and non-transferable.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/li>

  9. In the event that, for reasons beyond Sea Shepherd Store BV\u2019s reasonable control and not related to the winner, Sea Shepherd Store BV is unable to award the prize as described in these Terms and Conditions, Sea Shepherd Store BV reserves the right to make this prize unavailable.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/li>

  10. The provision of the prize does not imply endorsement by Sea Shepherd Store BV of any third-party supplier of the prize or any third parties concerned in any way with the t-shirt design competition.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/li>

  11. By taking part in the competition, you hereby consent to a dialogue with Sea Shepherd Store BV by email to ascertain whether you would prefer to remain anonymous, or if you are happy for your name to appear in any future materials.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/li>

You hereby represent and warrant that any use of your name or other related materials by or on behalf of Sea Shepherd, comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations and does not infringe or otherwise violate the intellectual property or other rights of any third party.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/li>

  13. By entering you agree that Sea Shepherd Store BV may use your personal data for the purposes of administering the t-shirt design competition. Your personal data will be held in accordance with Sea Shepherd Store BV\u2019s <\/span>Privacy Policy<\/u><\/span><\/a> in place.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/li>

All Sea Shepherd Store BV\u2019s decisions in relation to the t-shirt design competition are final in all matters and Sea Shepherd Store BV will not enter into any correspondence with participants other than the t-shirt design competition winner who submitted the entry.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/li>

  15. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of The Netherlands. The courts of the Netherlands shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear any dispute or claim arising in association with the t-shirt design competition or these Terms and Conditions.<\/span><\/p><\/li>

  16. By submitting an entry you allow Sea Shepherd Store BV to use it in their communications.<\/span><\/p><\/li>

  17.
